Patient Satisfaction
Patients are key to understanding exactly how well we achieve our objectives. We perform regular patient surveys and measure individual responses. We encourage our clinical staff to seek feedback from patients so we can monitor and ensure high standards and so they can add this to their continuing professional development portfolios. We learn from our patients’ comments and work hard to constantly improve our staff and our facilities and thus our services to patients and carers.
Quarterly patient satisfaction
The London PET/CT Centre, as part of InHealth gathers feedback from all patients through a patient satisfaction survey that is carried out by an independent organisation called Howard Warwick Associates (HWA). A quarterly patient satisfaction report is produced based on feedback from all patients who visit and the results are analysed and areas requiring attention are prioritised.
